As we are entering a time of improved awareness of the menopause and the significant impact it can have on work life, we believe employers have a duty to be informed and better support their employees in what can be an incredibly challenging time. We believe workplace menopause support is more than a tick box or a policy – we want to give your staff effective tools to cope, creating long-lasting change, for them and for you.

Our bespoke service sets us apart – naturally, many people are not comfortable discussing their personal difficulties with their line manager or HR department. That is why our service is built on personal, private discussion and tailored support. Through our person-centred approach to menopause management, we see measurable reductions in the impact of the menopause on work.

“The support was very enabling, the more you do something the more you felt relaxed about it. I found with every session I did, I was starting to feel more confident talking to colleagues at work about my menopause. I was speaking more openly about my symptoms and what was going on.”
