Claudine’s Story

Feeling unwell and not quite yourself can be an isolating and confusing time.   

Hormone imbalance and the familiar symptoms weight gain, brain fog, demotivation and disturbed sleep have all played a role in my health story. Though they were isolating, confusing and frustrating, each of these experiences taught me a little more about prioritising my health and provided an opportunity for me to be all the more focused when it comes to taking care of myself.  

I’m passionate about supporting women who are experiencing the impacts of menopause because they are often the very people supporting everyone else, be it children, partners, parents, friends, colleagues, and team members. What drives me is a fundamental belief that health and wellness is a key foundation for more joy in life and realising our true potential both, whatever that may look like for you.

Claudine Thornhill is a Naturopathic Nutritional Therapist, Health Coach, and qualified Yoga Instructor. She supports clients through a holistic approach that takes factors including diet, movement, lifestyle, emotional wellbeing, and the unique needs of the client into consideration.
